In late 2020, Pierre-Alain Ruffieux was appointed CEO of Lonza, a leading company in pharmaceutical development and manufacturing services. His outstanding career – from his student days at EPFL to the heights of one of Switzerland’s top-performing industries – has earned him an Alumni Award from the School.
